If your order isn’t liked or doesn’t fit, you may return for a refund. But unless I sent the wrong item, you must pay return shipping costs. So please shop, measure, and read the description carefully BEFORE you purchase, and contact me with any questions.
RETURNS MUST BE PACKED CAREFULLY, preferably in original box. When folding to ship, DO NOT FOLD EITHER PYRAMID! Doing this could destroy the embellishments and make the garment unsellable, which will adversely affect your refund. Returns should be received looking as they did when delivered.
1. The Art by Victoria Skye tag must not have been removed.
2. Garments must not have been worn except to try on.
3. Garments must not have been cleaned or altered in any way.
4. You must contact me within 7 DAYS OF receiving your order to initiate a refund (or by Dec 31 for purchases made in November or December), and return within 14 DAYS of contacting me.
I do not offer partial refunds, pay for alterations, or do exchanges.
This jacket features a hand-painted gold mosaic motif on a black background on the collar, lapels, and cuffs (where applicable);
two hand-stitched/painted gold lamé separated pyramids trimmed with red and gold cord, stainless steel and/or brass gold spacers, and multi-colored glass beads, with the hand printed Roman numerals for 1776 "MDCCLXXVI" ; one red felt banner bordered in gold cord with gold spacers printed with "NOVUS ORDO SECLORUM" (New World Order)
All embellishment - sewing, painting, gluing - is done by hand, by me, and will contain imperfections. As with the original movie jacket, this piece of handmade wearable art does not look "perfect". Please study the images carefully and write to me with any questions before ordering. If your goal is perfection, please do not order from me!
This jacket was purchased at a consignment or a "second-hand" shop either in person or online as either new or gently used and has no obvious defects unless noted. It was cleaned before artwork was added. It was created in a non-smoking art studio, (though there are cats and a very fluffy dog on-premises). This jacket is stored in a dry-cleaning bag and kept in a cedar closet awaiting purchase, and is steamed and brushed before it is packed for shipping. Upon request, I can also provide a 20 minute ozone treatment before packing to ship.
CARE INSTRUCTIONS: DO NOT MACHINE WASH/DRY.
