This is an amazing soft leather Michael Hoban North Beach
western style vintage short fringe jacket and pants - both with silver conchos. (Not sure but they're probably stainless - but a beautiful silver polish.)
Michael Hoban - fabulous designer with celebrity clients - Elvis, Jacque O, Sinatra, Dolly, Heavy D, Janis Joplin, Tina Turner, Rolling Stones, The Beatles, to name a few.
Pants are tall and thin high-waisted, size 7/8, with 12 down both legs.
Pants fit a 7/8, but you would have more room in them if you wore a 4/5. They are 42" long.
Jacket is short, size 9/10 with short fringe across front and back with beautiful conchos and slit pockets.
Jacket has padded shoulders for clean look. Turn up the collar and bring it!
Such a fabulous 80's look!
Both jacket and pants are fully lined.
Lining is in excellent condition.

Pants have short zipper down back on top,
and both legs have round conchos down each side.
Jacket has one snap concho to close front at bottom, with two slit pockets.
Exquisite soft leather with that fabulous leather smell - needs a bit of TLC - it does show a few stains on pants and jacket, but should be taken to a professional cleaner to restore to its original stunning beauty!

To the best of my ability, I've measured the pants to be a 27" waist, the hips to be 36.5" (give or take) since the leather is a bit stretchy, and across the top of the shoulders is 18". Also, the largest stain is light, but on the seat of the pants area; you can see it in the pictures I posted. The deepest stain is under the left arm - about a quarter size, and the sleeve is ringed with a slight stain.
